Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship anywhere within the U.S. via reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping options and costs will appear during checkout.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note:

Shipping fees and transit times vary by country.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
All international sales are final, unless the item is damaged or defective.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

Check around your delivery location and with neighbors or building management.
Contact your shipping carrier with the tracking number.
If the issue is unresolved, reach out to us at info@allencompassinghealthandwellness.com and we will do our best to help.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

Shipping Issues or Damaged Products

If your order is incorrect, delayed, or arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@allencompassinghealthandwellness.com.
Include your order number and a description (photos if applicable) of the issue.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
